RETURN POLICY: Returns must be shipped to us within 15 days for a refund of the purchase price,
minus our cost of shipping to you. Ship to Returns, FunStuffForDogs.com, 615 Lakebridge Drive, Lake Dallas TX 75034. Return shipping is paid by you. Enclose your
packing slip. Returned items must be unused and unworn. Apparel must have no spills or dog hair. All
original tags must be attached and packaging intact. We recommend that
you ship your return by a trackable method such as UPS, FedEx or DHL.
If items are lost or damaged on their return trip to us, we cannot make a
refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Ordered the
wrong size or color? Simply enclose your packing slip (or any sheet of paper showing the original ship-to name and address). Write on the paper whether this is a return or an exchange, and if an exchange, what you need to exchange it for. We may need to contact you for payment info if the item you wish to exchange for is more expensive (i.e., a larger size). If you need your exchange item immediately and do not want to wait,
you can also place a new order for the correct item(s) and return the items that you don't want in their original condition within 15 days of delivery. We will credit your card for the returned items. Questions or concerns? For fastest

CANCELLATIONS: Orders cancelled after they are placed and processing has begun are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.

In-stock
orders placed by 3:00 p.m. are shipped within 24-48 hours. Certain items (custom
beds, personalized items, etc.) are shipped to you directly from the
manufacturer and may require additional time for delivery. Occasionally,
manufacturers run ad campaigns for products that we sell, and we run out of
stock unexpectedly. We will get them back in stock as quickly as possible and
send your order to you.
Unless otherwise noted, orders are shipped to you via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Parcel Post. On the day your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We ship to USA addresses and APO/FPO addresses only. We will ship to PO Box addresses. If we receive a package that has been returned to us because it was undeliverable and we shipped it to the address as you provided it, we will contact you to verify the address. If we need to change the address and ship again, we will ask you to pay for the shipping charges for the second shipment.
