I need my order by a certain date. How do I know if your 7-10 day shipping
will get it to me in time?
If you need your package by a
certain date (i.e., you're going on vacation, or it's your dog's birthday),
please select three-day, two-day or overnight delivery. These are the only
delivery methods that guarantee delivery by a certain date. The 7-10 day
estimate is just that; your package may arrive anywhere from 3 to 10 days or
longer if we are out of stock. Feel free to call us to inquire about
availability of your items.
What if I get the wrong size?
Return the item to us at Returns,
FunStuffForDogs.com, 9188 Chivalry Court, Frisco TX 75034. Enclose the packing
slip that came with your order and tell us what size you need. We'll be happy to
ship out the correct size right away. We do not pay for return shipping or
shipping for the replacement size, so call us at (972) 712-2812 to let us assist
you in picking the right size if you have any questions.
Do I have to be home to sign for my package?
No. We ship without requiring a
signature unless you tell us to require one. NOTE: If you think your package
might be stolen, please require a signature. We do not replace or refund orders
that you do not receive when we
can verify that they were delivered to your door.
Why do you require an email address and phone
number? What do you do with this information?
Your order confirmation is emailed
to you when you submit your order, so our shopping cart software requires your
email address. In addition, some delivery methods, including DHL, UPS and FedEx
require a phone number for shipment. They email you a tracking number if we

Why do you need my credit card to charge me
for something I added when I've shopped with you before?
One of the many security features of
our credit card processor, Authorize.net, is that they do not share your payment
information with us. This prevents the merchant (us) from making any
unauthorized charges on your card. So if you call us to add something to your
order, we'll need to get your card number again.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Not at this time.
I'd rather have UPS deliver my package. Can I specify a carrier?
Not unless we're charging it to your
UPS account. We may ship by UPS, FedEx, U.S. Priority Mail or DHL. If you wish
to give us an account number for shipping via your preferred carrier, we'll be
happy to accommodate your request, but if we're paying for shipping, we'll
select the most expedient and economical way to ship to keep our prices low.
