• We ship via FedEx Ground, USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail. If you have a date by which you need your package, let us know and we will work with you to get your package to you by that date.

• If your order includes items that are not in stock, we will hold your order and ship everything together in one shipment.

• Items that are normally shipped by the manufacturer will arrive separately, and you will not be charged shipping for these items, even if you order other items that must ship from our warehouse.

• If you require faster shipping, you may elect to pay for 3-day, two-day and overnight shipping.

• If you return an item that you purchased with our free shipping, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping that item to you, from your refund amount. See our complete return/exchange policy here.

• We do not pay for return shipping or subsequent shipments on return/exchange items.
